2012 MEMBERSHIP DONATIONS NEEDED

Dear Member

If you have been to our website page you have seen that NIPSCO will be doing work on the dam for the next two (2) years.  This does not mean that the Club will be dissolved. We will not be allowed on the grounds due to liability but we will still be a Club and we hope that you wish to remain with us.  We are going to keep our membership list and keep everyone updated, so please remain with us over this period.  We need our members to keep the Club alive.  We will not be able to visit the property during this time, but that is not all that the Club is; the people are the Club. We hope that everyone will go ahead and keep up their membership with us.

Your continued support and belief in our Club keeps us alive.  This Club is willing to work with all through this tough time, but we do need your support to keep some heat in the Clubhouse and insurance expenses as well as keeping the Web Page going during this time. We also need your membership donation so that there will be enough funds left at the end of the 2 years, so we can start up again. It cost us almost $500.00 just to do a mailing to our members..  Your continued donations will make it possible for us able to pay the bills.  We are a non-profit organization and none of the Board members are paid for their work.Your donation is tax deductable.   We hope you stay with us and if not we hope you will come back to us after the two (2) years are past.

Since no access will be allowed by anyone for the next two (2) years we are giving our members a chance to stay with the Club by lowering the donation cost for this full period to just $30.00 dollars.   That is just $15.00 per year!!!!

We want to keep our members and hope that you will stay with us.  If you do not wish to remain with us and have purchased a new membership at the Hog Roast or by mail, you can request a refund or just hang in there and have the membership for the two (2) years we are shut down.

Those wishing a refund can send their request, along with their name to the following address:

              JTCC

              PO Box 761

              Monticello, IN.  47960

We hope to continue having a large group keeping their memberships during this upcoming period.  We rely on our people being as loyal to the Club in the future as they have been in the past.

We thank you for all your support.

   Board of Directors, JTCC
