Old Business Items:         

1.  Solar light was installed at fish cleaning station

2. Workday was held and various jobs were completed:  roof leak – moved signs at main gate – shelf for backroom – restroom vents   

3.  Raffle items bought from Twin Lakes & Oakdale Inn

4.  Keys are at locksmith for cutting

5.  Newsletters to be finished for mailing  

6.  122 Families were served at the Food Drive Giveaway

7. Septic tank for restrooms pumped out

New Business items

 1.  Moneys will be transferred from savings to cover extra expenses of upcoming hog roast

 2.  Tax Exempt Number obtained for club and distributed to various vendors normally used for operating items

 3.  Fuel keys will be obtained for City Fuel Co. purchases by Board Members (3) to supply Club equipment and save on costs

 4.   The 6-volt charger for the Jubilee tractor is missing.  If you know where it is – please advise the caretaker

 5.  Dave has contacted the local school FFA in regards to planting the Hufford food plots next year

 6.  Update to Dan’s computer was made to allow offline updates to website

 7.  Donna was issued a check to pay for Halloween Party items

 8.   Hog Roast items discussed:

• St. Croix and Webspin Reel contacted for donations
• Letter to be sent to Zebco 
• Mailbox ordered
• Memberships will cost $27.00 on day of the roast
• WMRS and newspaper to be contacted regarding event ads
• Chris will be contacting Magician for entertainment
• Cole slaw will be made up day before roast
• Desserts will be donated (baked goods)
• Supply run to Sam’s Club to be made days prior to roast
• Buns to be ordered for delivery just prior to roast

  9.   Hunter Education dates and sites updated onto website

 10.  A workday will be held pre-roast on Sept 25th for set up and cleaning

11.  The next Monthly Meeting will be held on Saturday Oct. 10th at 10:00 AM - the week following the club roast
