Old Business Items                      

1.  Paperwork to add Kastel to banking in process

2.  Shelters – Fish Cleaning Station – signs on property removed      

3.  All equipment under shelter at barn

4.  All fueled equipment has been winterized

5.  Fire pits and camping sites cleaned up     

6.   Letter from State Attorney General gives us no recourse from trailer distributor (claiming transportation damage on our part )

7.  2nd letter sent to Nipsco with no response

8.  IDEM contacted and the potable water system is now excluded from their water regulations system

New Business items

 1.  Window bars need mounting tabs welded – Mark will take to Owens and follow up with Jimmy to mount over windows

 2.  Fish mount will be loaned to Wal-Mart for display ( Mark will follow up with information plaque and letter signifying loan of mount to store for 2 yrs)

   3. Club house water system will be completely drained and winterized with anti-freeze (Mark & Jimmy – 18th)  Power shut off at Box

4.  Donna will go through all remaining foodstuffs and donate them to the Carroll Co. Food Pantry            

5.  Locks on Restrooms to be checked

      Main Gate will be locked up with Nipsco lock

 6.  Red golf cart will be stored at Donna’s

 7. Blue cart to be sold by Kastel

 8.  Randy to check on telephone retention of number & website  

 9.  Donna to contact Carl IE: shut down of Waste pick-up and any other outstanding bills    

10.  Jimmy will contact contractors in regards to trailer roof – it needs a permanent fix before winter and Nipsco Project

11.  Next meeting will be held at Oakdale Restaurant The 1st Saturday in March ( 3rd ) at 11:00 AM.  

12.  Meetings and other pertinent information for members will be posted on the website as they arise
